There are NOT made of fabric that frays and cannot be easily cleaned. These are made of extremely durable Lexan polycarbonate and are MORE DURABLE and reflect under night vision about the same as our SOLAS Call Sign Patches. See video proof below.

We make Economy Call Sign Patches in our USA factory with USA Lexan Polycarbonate rear-printed with solvent screen print ink (the highest quality process) so the image can never be scratched or scuffed. The USA VELCRO® Brand Fastener backing is high heat acrylic made to withstand extreme temperatures in every world climate. The custom lettering is our Magic Black ECONOMY, which performs about the same but is considerably less expensive than our Magic Black SOLAS. Our Economy IR Custom Call Sign Patches are actually MORE DURABLE than our AOR 1 FABRIC patches. Our Magic Black SOLAS is normally the best infrared material, but adhesive SOLAS is difficult to cut into lettering. That's why we developed Economy Magic Black material (an Anytime Sign exclusive) to cut and place on Economy blanks. Our Economy IR Call Sign Patches are the most AFFORDABLE and DURABLE. You can easily clean blood, tar, sap and paint ball marks with Windex or gasoline.
