Placing an order
Most customers email us a copy or thumbnail sketch of the sign or decal they want us to
match.We then make a scale drawing and fax it back to them usually within 4 hours. If the
sign or decal is not covered in our published prices, we'll give an exact quote with the
drawing. When the customer faxes back an approval signature on the drawing and provides a
PO Number or Credit Card Authorization, we start the order.
Artwork
Most customers email
us a copy or thumbnail sketch of the sign or decal
they want us to match. For our more advanced
customers, we can use an EPS or AI file.
Shipping
We ship via UPS usually within 3-5 days. If turn-around time is
longer, we will give a time estimate.
