Most natural treatments for Prostate trouble include the eating or drinking of some form of Saw Palmetto. On a trip to San Augustine, Florida, my wife and I visited the oldest operating drug store in America. I had tried Saw Palmetto pills for my prostate a year before with no effect. If I were you, I would buy 4 ounces of Raw Saw Palmetto and a Tea Ball
to give it a good try. That would give you 30 cups of tea if you use a teaspoon per cup or
about 13 cups of tea if you use a tablespoon per cup. That would give you at least 10
nights to try the tea before reordering so you don't run out like I did.

Use one teaspoon or one tablespoon (depending on how strong you want it) per cup of boiling
water and let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
