Economy Vinyl decals and 3M Scotchlite
Reflective decals can be put onto smooth surfaces without application tape.
Simply apply one edge to the surface and smooth down the decal with the
ball of the hand. Premium Vinyl decals should have application tape if it is over
4" x 4." for information click below. |
All our self-adhesive vinyls should be applied in above 58 degrees fahrenheit temperature. Lettering does not stick well to rough surfaces and water based paint. A smooth high quality Oil-based enamel is the best product to stick lettering to. Decals can also be applied to glass and all types of painted metals. If the surface will allow, wipe it with alcohol to remove wax, oil and dirt before applying decals.
