Custom Mix 3M inks

Anytime Sign can custom mix 3M ink for your application. We add pigments to 3M inks to achieve the color you want. We will need to know the Pantone color, screen mesh, durometer, number of pulls and substrate. If we do not have the 3M ink in stock, you will need to ship us at least a quart of the 3M ink so we can mix samples and run up to 10 screen print tests. If we do not have the substrate, you will need to ship us at least ten 11" x 4" samples of the substrate with the ink. We will send the best samples for your approval. The first gallon costs $400 plus the cost of the 3M ink. Reorders of the identical ink cost $100 per gallon plus the cost of the 3M ink.
