Our screen printed signs are printed using a solvent based ink that is cured at 400 degrees.
These signs will last at least 25 years outdoors. The ink is scratch and solvent resistant, and will not fade outdoors like digital and UV screen printed signs.

We can print aluminum signs with any wording, including pictograms and logos.
We can put your company name and telephone number on the sign for no extra charge.

Prices are for .032" white aluminum or .040" colors, but .080" aluminum is available upon request.

Orders of less than 12 custom signs can be made either with 3M 2 mil vinyl graphics, which is MUCH more durable outdoors than digital printing, or we can make custom one-of-a-kind signs with PermaEtch™, an exclusive manufacturing process of Anytime Sign that utilizes the same 400 degree ink we use with solvent screen printing.

This may surprise you, but many outdoor signs that are sold on the internet are digitally printed. Look carefully at what they say about outdoor longevity. One of the biggest sellers admits "5 years". If you only need a sign to last 5 years, buy digital. They look beautiful for a few years, and they're less expensive because they can be made quickly and shipped out within 24 hours. DANGER SIGNS
Sign wording should be black letters on white background. This style of sign should be used only where an immediate hazard exists that could result in death or serious injury. It should not be considered for property damage unless personal injury risk is present.

WARNING SIGNS
Sign wording should be black letters on orange background. Use this style when there is a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result in death or serious injury. It should not be considered for property damage unless personal injury risk is present.

CAUTION SIGNS
Sign wording should be black letters on yellow background. Use this style when there is a hazardous situation which may result in minor or moderate injury.May also be used to alert against unsafe practices. CAUTION should not be used when there is the possibility of death or severe injury.

NOTICE SIGNS
Sign wording should be black letters on white background. Use this style when you want to indicate a statement of public policy directly or indirectly related to the safety of personnel or protection of property. NOTICE should not be used in place of DANGER, WARNING or CAUTION.

This style of sign can have the white on green header SAFETY FIRST, THINK, or BE CAREFUL. Sign wording should be black letters on white background. Use this style for general instructions relative to safe work practices, reminders of proper safety procedures, and the location of safety equipment.

New Regulations For Safety Signs and Decals

The American National Standard Institute has issued new standards for safety signs and labels. Most insurance companies consider these standards to be at least as important as the OSHA standards.

According to ANSI Z535.4-1998 publication, many standards of visual presentation are suggested for maximum safety. If your insurance company requires compliance to these new regulations, be sure to inform Anytime Sign. We know the regulations and can reword your message to comply with the standards. Also, there are specific new ways of representing the information.
