Our Safety Decals are Solvent Screen Printed. We use the highest quality Solvent based screen print inks, specifically formulated for the material. Order quantities of 25 or more will not be UV or Digitally printed. Warning, Danger, Caution, Safety First and Notice Safety Decals are the most common OSHA Safety Decals. If you want ANSI Standard decals, click here: ANSI Standard Decals  Safety Decals can be printed on different materials.   Economy vinyl,  3M 3200 Engineer Grade Reflective vinyl, or 3M 3400 Engineer Grade Prismatic Durable Polyester. SOLVENT SCREEN PRINTED DECALS REQUIRES A MINIMUM ORDER OF 12 DECALS.

They look beautiful for a few years, and they're less expensive because they can be made quickly and shipped out within 24 hours. DANGER DECALS
Decal wording should be black letters on white background. This style of sign should be used only where an immediate hazard exists that could result in death or serious injury. It should not be considered for property damage unless personal injury risk is present.

We can also print ANSI Standard Safety Decals, pricing for ANSI Safety Decals would be the same as the OSHA Danger Decals.

New Regulations For Safety Signs and Decals

The American National Standard Institute has issued new standards for safety signs and labels. Most insurance companies consider these standards to be at least as important as the OSHA standards.

According to ANSI Z535.4-1998 publication, many standards of visual presentation are suggested for maximum safety. If your insurance company requires compliance to these new regulations, be sure to inform Anytime Sign. We know the regulations and can reword your message to comply with the standards. Also, there are specific new ways of representing the information.

Screen printed decals come with cutom logos and vinyl and polyester, die cut and self-adhesive mylar or polyester for screen print outdoor use

There are hundreds of screen print decal styles with an endless variety of symbols, colors and sizes. All we need is a fax showing what you want, and we'll make a scale drawing and fax it back to you usually within 4 hours.
And your Company Name, Logo and Phone Number can be included.


We screen print our decals with solvent inks on different types of material. We use specific inks, designed for each type of material for the best adhesion and outdoor durability possible.

3 mil Economy Vinyl is rated 5 years outdoors. Economy Vinyls are a calendered product and can be put onto surfaces without application tape. There area many colors available, or we can custom print a background color.

Premium vinyls are rated for 7 years outdoors. Premium Vinyls are 2 mil cast product, because they are thinner, larger decals will need application tape to install. There are many colors available or we can custom screen print a color for you.

3M Engineer Grade Scotchlite Vinyls are rated for 7 years outdoors. This extra thick product can be put onto surfaces without application tape. A few colors available.

We also have white, clear and double glue polyester sheeting, also known as mylar.

All decal material should be applied in temperatures above 58 degrees fahrenheit.
